Postural therapy can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Foam rolling is one of many self-myofascial release (SMFR) techniques we use in this class. SMFR fascial release is an effective tool to add to your warm-up or cool down, before and after exercise. Postural therapy will support & enhance any and all other ways of movement, play, and exploration that excites you.
Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles, including yoga, functional strength, postural therapy, & dance. This style has a deep focus on core alignment and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, strengthen and elongate muscles.
